B. Tech in Electrical Engineering (EE)

  • To produce efficient engineers who can apply their knowledge and skills to serve the electrical engineering needs of the contemporary industry and society
  • To produce electrical engineers who have the ability to design, test and assess advanced and complex electrical systems
  • To produce electrical engineers who can design, develop, implement and monitor manufacturing processes
  • To produce competent electrical engineers who are ethical, professional, accountable, team players in cross-cultural and multi-disciplinary organizational environments
  • To produce electrical engineers who can solve problems, communicate effectively and analyze complex situations in an organization
  • The graduate engineers will have the ability to evaluate electrical systems, components, applications by applying the knowledge of electricity and other materials
  • The graduate engineers will have the ability to design testing methods, materials and properties to develop the required systems and components
  • The graduate engineers will have the ability to develop electrical products by identifying customer needs and requirements
  • The graduate engineers will have the ability to modify equipment for building and assembling electrical components by collecting relevant feedback from operators
  • The graduate engineers will have the ability to create product reports by collecting
  • The graduate engineers will have the ability to use the requisite tools, technologies and techniques for successful implementation of computer science projects
  • The graduate engineers will have the ability to work with ethics and continuously engage in developing oneself for professional development

    I welcome you all to the Department of Electrical Engineering at Future Institute of Technology (FIT). The Department is giving best efforts to develop highly trained and competent electrical engineers who can address the challenges in the Government and private sectors in this growing economy.

    In order to maintain high quality education standards, we give a lot of weight-age to practical work. The academic team in FIT has a unique blend of young and dynamic faculty members along with distinguished veterans with experience and insight. We also harp on balancing theoretical and practical approach in teaching-learning methods to encourage a holistic learning environment for students. The aspiring engineering professionals are also encouraged to participate in a wide range of co-curricular activities to create engineers who are creative, culturally sensitive, socially responsible and multi-dimensional individuals.
